Green Meadows is a neighborhood bordered three major streets in the South LA area. Manchester lies to its north, Central Avenue is to its east, and Broadway lies to its west. Neighborhood activist a part of Green Meadows large population of 36, 673 residents are organizing around community beautification and public safety. Residents have noted the increase homeless encampments, safety concerns, an increase of prostitution and the harassment of their undocumented neighbors as their major concerns.
